GibbsCAM® & ProAXYZ™ 2025

The new versions of GibbsCAM® and ProAXYZ™ are now available!

In GibbsCAM® 2025, we can highlight the following new features:

• AI integration
  GibbsCAM® version 2025 incorporates many new features. The integration of artificial intelligence is particularly noteworthy. A highly intuitive AI co-pilot is now available to support you.
  This is complemented by a module, called up2parts, which enables automated programming thanks to AI. In fact, by entering a few key elements, the algorithm draws on databases to propose operations automatically.
   
• Interface
  At the interface level, it is now possible to display the rotation of the part in simulation, and to use filters to optimize the selection of elements. These new features bring you greater ease of use.
  The visualization of synchronizations and operations when programming multitasking machines is now more intuitive.
  New functions in the volume modeler enable you to solidify facetized bodies for full use during programming.
   
• Tools
  Cutting data entered in the tool is now supplemented by cutting depths and widths (ap and ae).
   
• Milling / Turning
  Milling and turning operations now take account of clamps defined as intermediate attachments when calculating the toolpath.
  Users can now define the pocket machining order in the milling module.
  On the turning side, new functions are available for machining grooves.
    

Also, new modules are now available in the ProAXYZ™ suite:

• Adaptive probing: adaptive probing is a module that adapts the toolpath according to the actual surface measured on the machine.

• ProAXYZ™ Steering: this module automatically generates correction matrices for production.
